The farmhouse and private venue rental market in India had long operated through informal networks - brokers, Instagram DMs, and local word-of-mouth - with no centralized discovery or booking layer. YOJO needed to bring this largely offline inventory online in a way that felt trustworthy and effortless to the end user. Three core problems demanded solving: building a listing engine capable of managing diverse property categories across multiple cities, delivering fast and search-optimized pages to capture high-intent organic demand, and crafting a user experience polished enough to compete with established travel platforms - all within a lean timeline.

The Solution

CoderVu built a full-stack platform architected to mirror how YOJO's users actually discover and decide. A dynamic property listing engine powered filtering by location, property type, capacity, amenities, and price range - giving users the control they needed to find the right fit quickly. The Next.js frontend was built with server-side rendering at its core, ensuring every property and city page was indexable, fast, and SEO-ready from launch. The Node.js backend handled property data, availability logic, user inquiries, and admin operations cleanly through a purpose-built management panel. The team began with a structured discovery phase, mapping user journeys across three key personas - the day-tripper, the event planner, and the corporate coordinator - which shaped a clean information architecture optimized across all device types.
